2. Payments and Bookings

All bookings require payment at the time of service scheduling unless otherwise agreed upon. We use a third-party payment processor (Stripe) to handle transactions. We do not store your credit card information.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed based on the original method of payment.

4. Limitation of Liability

Ksons International Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
